FOR CUSTOMERS
Create Your Account
Sign up with your email in under 2 minutes. No verification needed to browse — but you will need to verify your email to post a job and make payments.
Post Your Job
Describe what you need, set a budget, choose a category, and pick your preferred date. Our AI automatically categorises your job and surfaces it to relevant providers.
Review Applicants
Providers apply with a message and proposed price. Review their profiles, ratings, and reviews. Accept the one you want.
Payment Held Safely
When you accept a provider, payment (budget + 5% fee) is held in secure escrow via Stripe. Neither party can access it until the job is done.
Job Gets Done
Communicate directly with your provider through the MUFEED messenger. They will notify you when the work is complete.
Confirm & Release
Confirm the job is complete and funds are released to the provider. Leave a review to help others. Done.
FOR PROVIDERS
Create Your Provider Profile
Sign up and choose "I offer services." Add your name, city, service categories, bio, and optionally your visa information for compliant matching.
Browse Available Jobs
The Find Work page shows all open jobs filtered to your selected categories and city. Our AI match score shows how well each job fits your profile.
Apply with a Message
Write a short message explaining why you are the right person and optionally propose a price. Strong, personalised applications win more jobs.
Get Accepted
Customers review your profile and application. Once accepted, you can start messaging directly through the platform.
Complete the Work
Do the job. Mark it complete through the platform when finished. The customer has 72 hours to confirm.
Get Paid Within 24 Hours
Once the customer confirms (or 72 hours pass without a dispute), your payout (job amount minus 10% MUFEED fee) is transferred to your bank account.

For Customers
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes, the minimum job budget is £10. Most jobs on the platform range from £20 to £500.
Is my payment protected?
Absolutely. All payments are held in escrow via Stripe until you confirm the work is complete. You have 72 hours after the provider marks a job complete to raise a dispute.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Raise a dispute within 72 hours. MUFEED will act as mediator and our decision on fund release is binding. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
Can I hire the same provider again?
Yes. You can message any provider directly through the platform for repeat bookings.
For Providers
Do I need experience to join?
Not necessarily. We welcome student providers from all backgrounds. What matters is reliability, good communication, and delivering quality work.
How quickly do I get paid?
Funds are released within 24 hours after job completion is confirmed. Stripe processes the transfer to your UK bank account.
What if a customer raises a dispute?
You will be notified and asked to provide your account of the work. MUFEED will review all evidence and make a fair decision.
Can I set my own prices?
You can propose a price when applying for jobs, or accept the customer's listed budget. You have full control.
